Hi everyone . I’ve been staying in Toowoomba with my family for the past month, and every time I’ve come into Stellarossa (which has been quite often!), I’ve been lucky enough to be served by the most delightful young woman, Kate. She is truly a gem and always so warm, kind, and attentive . She remembered my order after just a couple of visits and makes a really great coffee If you’re visiting Toowoomba, do yourself a favour and pop into Stellarossa. Highly recommend !

I found this beautiful Cafe as I was on a job. On my day off I came back to eat and I tried their gluten free salad and their keto meal and it’s absolutely delicious their gluten free hot chocolate is also the best in Toowoomba! As for the location, it’s the perfect combination of down time & somewhere you can relax and it’s nice to not be in the smack centre of Toowoomba CBD for once the staff are super friendly and I only went here twice as of today and they remembered my from last time which is nice to see that staff do take their time to get to know who comes in. New owners apparently. Beautiful keto breakfast (not that I was trying to be healthy ) with a dirty chia in a mug. Also bought pancakes. Easily got a seat, little bit of traffic noise but it's on the main road so... Very helpful & friendly staff.

Saturday morning breakfast. Good variety on the menu. We enjoyed the undercover outdoor area, so we could chat while enjoying a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. We both ordered the keto breakfast, why fill up on bread when there is so much more deviousness on the plate. I did add the side of hollandaise sauce. The service was prompt without being rushed and most importantly the coffee was served at an appropriate 65-70 degrees. How do I know this…for one I couldn’t skull it down and two it didn’t burn my mouth. Well worth a visit. Bookings are not required, but their busy time on a saturday seems to be between 8.30-9.
